We require as part of our Code of Practice that all instructions concerning a project and all other orders be comprehensively documented before being acted upon. In addition, we request for a representative from the client (with full responsibility) or the client himself to be attached to each of our dealings to ensure that all details are followed precisely. Each and every project is attached with a Schedule Plan which may include a Gantt or PERT Chart. This is to ensure that works are scaled, executed at set targets and allowed evaluations to be easily made.
